Yallivo operates as an all-in-one digital travel operations management platform. We serve as a trusted digital intermediary between certified travel agencies / tour operators and independent travelers. Our software delivers easy digital services to organize trips, manage passenger manifests, track equipment, customize expedition menus, streamline bus entertainment, and facilitate QR-code attendance check-ins.
1. Who We Are & The Intermediary Model
Yallivo is a travel management platform engineered to modernize and digitalize travel expeditions, Moroccan treks, and group journeys. In this operational model:
- For Travelers: Yallivo offers an intuitive digital interface to discover verified departures, reserve seats, input dietary/meal choices, select rental gear, receive live weather updates, and access private group itineraries.
- For Travel Agencies & Organizers: Yallivo provides robust operational management software for seat reservations, passenger manifests, payment status logging, guide assignments, bus DJ playlists, and QR check-ins.
- For Marketplace Providers: Yallivo connects verified local guesthouses (Dar Diyafat), transportation fleets, and equipment suppliers with organizing agencies.
Note: Yallivo acts as the technology intermediary. Individual travel arrangements, physical itineraries, transportation logistics, and on-the-ground activities are carried out by the independent licensed agencies who register their trips on the platform.

When you sign in to Yallivo using Google Sign-In
(“Continue with Google”), we access your basic Google profile
information via standard, restricted OAuth scopes (openid,

✓ Limited Use Compliance: Yallivo’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
✓ No Sale of Data: We never sell, transfer, or license user data obtained from Google to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.
✓ No Advertising or Retargeting: We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, personalized promotions, or create tracking profiles.
✓ No AI Training: Google user data is not shared with or used to train general machine learning or AI models without explicit user consent.
✓ Pure Authentication & Service Delivery: Your Google Name, Email, and Avatar are solely used to create your secure Yallivo profile, issue authenticated sessions, and associate your bookings.

Streamlined Boarding & Attendance: Generating single-use QR barcodes and passcodes for swift check-in at departure points and expedition trailheads.
Logistical Personalization: Aggregating meal selections (e.g. vegetarian, tagine preference) and gear inventory (e.g. trekking poles, backpacks) so agencies can prepare accurately.
Direct Travel Communication: Notifying travelers of schedule changes, weather advisories (via Open-Meteo integration), and pickup location updates via email or phone/WhatsApp.
Platform Security & Audit: Protecting accounts from unauthorized access, validating agency credentials, and maintaining platform integrity.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Because Yallivo acts as an intermediary, data sharing occurs strictly in the context of completing your travel arrangements:
- Operating Travel Agencies: When you book a trip, the licensed travel agency organizing that specific journey receives your booking details to deliver the service. Agencies are bound by our partner terms to use this data only for trip fulfillment.
- Essential Infrastructure Providers: We use reputable infrastructure partners for hosting, transactional email delivery, and map/weather APIs. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Emergency & Legal Authorities: If an emergency occurs during a mountain trek or remote expedition, emergency contacts and medical/manifest details may be disclosed to Moroccan civil protection or search-and-rescue teams.
- Zero Commercial Sale: We never sell, rent, monetarily trade, or broker your personal information.
5. Security, Storage & Data Retention
Yallivo implements multi-layered security controls to safeguard your data:
Personal data is retained as long as your account remains active or as required to comply with Moroccan tax, legal, and travel licensing obligations.
6. Your Rights & How to Delete Your Account
You retain complete control over your personal data:
- Right of Access & Correction: You can review and update your name, phone number, avatar, and password anytime inside your Profile Settings.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal records at any time.
